Skaters Performer Peter Pan

The Ogdensburg Figure Skating Club is proud to present "Peter Pan" on Saturday, March 6th at 7pm at the Edgar A Newell Memorial Dome located at Ogdensburg Free Academy in Ogdensburg.

This years presentation tells the story of childhood favorite Peter Pan, the boy who never grew up. Skaters will take you on a magical journey which will unfold on ice in this dazzling performance. The Club invites all to join them in this spectacular trip to Never land, under the direction of Regina Dillingham.

Admission is $5.00 for adults, $4.00 for students, and children under the age of 2 are free.

Skaters performing this season range from the age of 3 to 18. Peter Pan is performed by Ogdensburg Free Academy graduating senior, Mackenzie Ferguson, of Ogdensburg. Mackenzie has been a skater at the club since the age of 4. Desire Tracy, a senior graduating from Lisbon Central School, will play the part of the pleasant and charming Wendy. Desire has been a skater at the club since elementary school. Rebecca Lutz, a graduating senior from OFA will play the role of the ever adventurous John, Rebecca has been a skater at the club since elementary school.

Other dazzling performances this year will be played by Club's Senior Skaters. The sometimes temperamental and very jealous but, loyal fairy, Tinkerbell, performed by Kristen Dillingham. The villainous, yet playful Captain Hook will be acted by Maddie Ward. Mr. Smee, Captain hooks right hand man, will be played by Katie Hanks. Finally, Michael, the youngest sibling of our adventurers, will be performed by Allison Kimble. Makayla Cruikshank will be playing the part of Tiger Lily, the willful and brave Indian Leader. . Finally, but certainly not least, the humorous and always lovable Crocodile will be played by Kelsi Donaldson.

Along his magical journey, Peter Pan will be joined throughout the show by many familiar characters. They will include skaters from the Basic Skills levels. These younger skaters will round out the performance with their portrayal of Indians, Peter Pans, and Fairies. Skating Indians this season are Jacob Martin, Grace Mills, Caitlin Kelly, Paisley Forrest, Alexa Kiah, Carina Willard, Hannah O'Reilly, Amber Cunningham, and Katherine Smith. The group of Peter Pans are represented by Gabrielle Fennessy, Emma Seeley, Mia Downey, Katie Cunningham, Kaydence Thornton, Alaina Montroy, Hannah Costello, Macy Murdock, Madison Miller, and Deanna Bellinger. The group of Fairies are played by Isabella Doyle, Reagan Kelly, Samantha Flynn, Julia L'orange, Eliza Martin, Liberty Montroy, Keira Conger, Annah Burdick, and Grace Brunet.

Intermediate and Junior skaters round out the performance with their roles of Pirates and Mermaids. Duets are performed by Kiana Conger and Alice Ellison as well as performance by Beth Wallace and Hannah Cline. Pirates will be performed by Savannah Bush, Madison Meyer, Hayley Snodgrass, Taylor Mack, Sara Lawton, Mollie Lawton, Callee Zulauf, Kaylee L'orange, and Victoria Ellison. Our cast of Mermaids are Josie Carter, Mariah Hurst, Kiana Zulauf,and Laken Kelly.

In addition, the performance will feature guest skaters Tomas Morbacher and Melissa Maggio, Lauren Morley, Chloe, Keegan Sovay as well as the Larriettes Synchronized Skate Team ..

This seasons show will also include a magical and dramatic set. Lighting, costumes, and props will add much excitement to the show. The club would like to thank Nicole Francis for her artwork with the backdrop, Greg Conger for his continued craftsmanship with props, Ashley's Lumber and Triple A, as well as Janelle Cruikshank for creating the shows costumes.

The club would also like to recognize our talented group of professional skating coaches, who have worked to choreographed this years skating routines- Regina Dillingham, Lauren Morley, Melissa Maggio, Paige, Kristen Dillingham, Desirae Tracey, Mackenzie Fergison, and Tomas Morbacher. The coaching staff is also assisted by Pro Helpers, Makayla Cruikshank, Kelsi Donaldson, Kiana Conger, Beth Wallace, Kaylee L'Orange, Alison Kimble, and Katie Hanks.
