Tara M. Redmond, 24, of 244 Belmont Courts was charged with failure to appear/pay fine at 5:47 p.m. Wednesday, according to city police. She was arraigned and released on $15 bail and an appearance ticket returnable March 4 at 9 a.m. at city court.

Ronald B. Redmond, 17, of 822 Congress St. was ticketed for speeding Wednesday afternoon in the 100 block of Laffayette St., according to city police. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable March 18 at city court .

Derrick L. German, 38, of 816 Congress St., was charged Wednesday at 10:18 a.m. on a bench warrant, Ogdensburg police reported. He paid a fine in city court.

Michael A. Remillard, 29, of 920 S. Water St., was charged Wednesday on city court warrants for second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, both related to a domestic incident, according to city police. He was released to the supervision of probation.

Joseph M. Bateman, 26, of 419 Mansion Ave., was ticketed Wednesday at 12:50 a.m. for inadequate muffler and failure to stop at a flashing light. He was stopped by Ogdensburg police at New York Avenue and Spring Street.

He is set to appear March 18 in city court.
