Two Men Involved In Fight To Appear In City Court
Two men who got into a fight outside an Ogdensburg credit union office last month will soon face each other again in city court.
Kristopher J. Hudson, 30, of 10951 Route 37, Lisbon, and Deuard Vanornum, 43, of 4396 Route 10, DePeyster, each pleaded not guilty Thursday in Ogdensburg City Court to second-degree harassment. Judge William R. Small released them on their own recognizance, adjourned their cases to March 16, issued them both orders of protection and advised each to seek legal counsel from the St. Lawrence County Public Defender's Office.
According to court records, Mr. Hudson and Mr. Vanornum argued and punched each other Feb. 22 outside the St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union office at 333 State St.
