Anthony A. LaRose II, 27, of 915 Lafayette St., was charged at his residence by city police on Thursday at 4:53 p.m., on a city court bench warrant for second-degree harassment. According to city police, he was released on an appearance ticket returnable in city court today.

Jesse F. Barr, 25, of 932 Franklin St., was ticketed by city police on Thursday at 4:35 p.m. in the 600 block of Paterson Street, for inadequate right brakelight. City police say the charge is returnable in city court on March 18.

Rebekah L. Brenno, 27, of 601 Grove St., was charged at her residence by city police on Thursday at 4:26 p.m., on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear.

According to city police, the warrant stems from prior charges of dog at large and unlicensed dog. She was released on an appearance ticket returnable in city court on Tuesday.

An employee of the Diocese of Ogdensburg reported to city police at 11:05 a.m. Thursday that a vehicle registered to the diocese had been vandalized while parked at St. Mary's Cathedral.

William F. Hockler, of 630 State St. Apt. 2, reported to city police at 11:01 a.m. Thursday that a tire on his vehicle had been slashed.

An employee of the Post Office reported to city police at 10:55 a.m. Thursday that one of their handicapped parking signs had been stolen.
