Charles R. Fieldson, 82, formerly of Ogdensburg passed away on Wednesday March 3, 2010 at Bethany Gardens in Rome, N.Y.
He is survived by a son, Charles Jr. and a daughter, Cynthia Wickens.
Arrangements are incomplete at this time with the Dean Campbell Funeral Home, Oneida, N.Y.
