Gary M. Reynolds, 47, of Rome, N.Y., was issued a summons Sunday at 3:20 a.m. for no headlights. He was ticketed by city police on West River Street. He is set to appear in city court on March 18.

Tyler F. LeGault, 21, of 940 Jay St., was ticketed Sunday at 2:09 a.m. for littering, Ogdensburg police said. He was issued the summons in the 800 block of New York Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in city court on March 25.

Craig W. Perry, 22, of 1083 East Road, Heuvelton, was issued a summons Sunday at 2:09 a.m. for open container, city police reported. He was ticketed in the 800 block of New York Avenue. He is set to appear in city court on March 25.

Richard D. Goolden, 27, of 721 Proctor Ave., was charged Sunday at 1:09 a.m. with disorderly conduct following a fight in the 100 block of Oak Street, Ogdensburg police reported. He was held in the city lockup and arraigned in city court.

Donna M. Axtell, of 900 Elizabeth St., called city police Saturday at 6:09 p.m. to report that a window at her house was broken. The incident is being investigating as a case of criminal mischief.
