William A. Ekman, 27, of 2747 state Route 37, of Brier Hill, reported to city police at 10:51 a.m. Monday that there had been more than $1,000 in fraudulent charges placed on his debit card at stores inside the city.

Seadon L. White, 20, of 901 Morris St., Ogdensburg, reported to city police at 10:40 a.m. Monday that he had let someone borrow his vehicle and debit card to get gas, however, they did not return and the card had been used several times.

Arden L. Crawford Jr., 48, of Lula, Ga., was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, after he was allegedly found to be in possession of a handgun without a New York State permit at 9:49 a.m. Monday. He was then released after posting $500 bail.

Adrian J. Vielhauer Sr., of 725 Jersey Ave., Ogdensburg, reported to city police at 7:57 a.m. Monday that someone had attempted to break into his garage.

Stewart Forney, of 834 Ford St., Room 18, Ogdensburg, reported to city police at 2 a.m. Monday that his door had been broken down.

Marissa S. Caglar, of 1005 Ford St., Ogdensburg, reported to city police at 5:15 p.m. Sunday that she had been involved in a hit and run accident at the Gateway Plaza. Police said that an investigation into the accident is ongoing.
