Byrns Realty Of Gouverneur Acquires Grey Stone Realty

Byrns Realty of Gouverneur, Inc. has offices in Gouverneur, Carthage, Waddington, Star Lake and now in Ogdensburg.

Grey Stone Realty, 429 State St., Ogdensburg, has been acquired by Byrns Realty, headquartered in Gouverneur.

Grey Stone Realty is owned by KeithaLee M. Lauson who also is a licensed broker. The acquisition will go into effect on Monday.

Lauson, with over 20 years of experience, will stay on with Byrns Realty as an associate broker, as we well as her staff of two real estate agents.

"This acquisition strengthens our geographic footprint to allow us to better service the North Country real estsate market including Ogdensburg and Black Lake," said Bradley Burns, president/broker of Byrns Realty of Gouverneur, Inc.

A new Ogdensburg branch office of Byrns Realty will be opened at the same location of the former Grey Stone Realty office. Byrns Realty has been serving the North Country since 1990. This makes Byrns Realty the longest locally owned and operated realty in the area.
