Second Session Of OBGC Summer Day Camp To Begin On Monday; Field Trips Scheduled

The Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club is set to begin the second session of Club Camp on Monday, August 2nd. The dates for this session will be August 2nd and 3rd and August 9th-12th. The camp runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day with drop-off starting at 7:30 a.m.

The cost of the camp is $10 for the session and scholarships are available with the help of a local Pepsi Refresh Grant. The camp is for boys and girls ages 6-16 with age appropriate activities provided for the younger participants.

Activities will include baseball, basketball, whiffleball, fitness session, soccer, touch football, arts and crafts as well as gameroom and computer room activities. Afternoon trips to the city pool will be provided for those campers interested as well as a trip to the Robert Moses Power Dam and Massena Beach on the last day of camp.
