Man Indicted Over Sex With Teen Girl In Ogdensburg

CANTON - A Rensselaer Falls man was indicted Tuesday by a St. Lawrence County grand jury for reportedly having sex with a 13-year-old girl in December 2008 at an Ogdensburg home.

Brandon T. Dobbs, 19, of 101 Front St., was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual act and other felony sex crimes, along with single counts each of third-degree intimidating a victim or witness and child endangerment.

He also allegedly threatened the girl in the winter of 2008 if she told anyone about the incidents. The grand jury also indicted Shellie L. Larkin, also known as Shellie L. Stewart, 48, of 669 Thompson St., Apt. 2, Watertown. She was charged with fourth-degree burglary and petit larceny for allegedly stealing a credit card and $124 from Irene Szarka on Dec. 29 at the Massena Walmart.
