Phoenix On Bay, Myers In Finals

Phoenix on the Bay and Myers Pub earned spots in the See-Way Slo-Pitch Softball A and B Division Championship playoff games on Tuesday with wins. Nig's Tavern and Myers II both will have to fight back on Thursday.

Both scorebooks were incomplete.

Phoenix 18, Nigs 15: Six runs in the sixth inning lifted Phoenix as Ryan Farrell, Mike Farrell, John Smith cashed with three runs scored. Chris Austin smacked homerun for Nig's.

Myers I 7, Myers II 4: Brooks Brenno and David Kiah paced Myer's I. Don McCarthy stroked four singles and Ken Stull lined three singles for Myers II.
