Brandy L. Grenier, 27, of 5394 state Highway 812, was charged by city police on Monday at 6:43 p.m., on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear on a prior charge of dog at large. City police say she posted $30 bail and was released on an appearance ticket returnable Sept. 7 in city court.

Kenneth R. Goolden, 47, of 231 Lake St., Apt. 3, was charged by city police on Monday at 5:05 p.m., on city court bench warrants for prior charges of endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment. According to city police, he was arraigned in city court and released under the supervision of probation with a verbal stay away order of protection issued for the victim.

Umgeher, 47, of Brockville, Ontario, Canada, was charged by city police on Monday at 4:09 p.m. at the U.S. Port of Entry's bridge approach road, for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. City police say he posted $200 bail and was released on an appearance ticket returnable in city court on Sept. 16.

Sean S. Smith, 47, of 268 Fregoe Road, Massena, was charged by city police on Monday at 9:16 a.m. at Ogdensburg City Hall, 330 Ford St., for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. City police say the charge stems from a two-car accident, during which Mr. Smith allegedly backed a vehicle owned by Optech Environmental Services, Syracuse, into a vehicle owned by Karri M. Hollis, 35, of 36 county Route 28. Mr. Smith was arraigned in city court and released on his own recognizance, according to city police.

Robert D. Brown, 22, of 1850 Ford St., was charged at his residence by city police on Monday at 8:46 a.m., on a city court arrest warrant for third-degree criminal mischief. City police say he was arraigned in city court and released under the supervision of probation.

City police reported a two-car accident with no charges or injuries that occurred Sunday at 10:42 p.m. in the 400 block of Riverside Avenue. According to city police, the accident involved a vehicle driven by Sean P. Kelly, 19, of 2191 Kelly Road, Rensselaer Falls, and a parked vehicle belonging to Christopher A. Murphy, 51, of 410 Riverside Ave. Mr. Kelly's vehicle was towed from the scene by Rishe's.
