A Morris Street woman reported her dog stolen to city police on Tuesday at 6:52 p.m. City police say an investigation continues.

A Belmont Courts man reported to city police on Tuesday at 6:32 p.m., that his son's bicycle had been stolen at Ogdensburg Free Academy.

Fourth Coast Contractors Inc., of Canton, was issued a parking summons by city police on Tuesday at 5:23 p.m. at 428 Park St., for blocking a driveway. According to city police, the summons is returnable within 10 days.

John E. Stark, 26, of 424 Grant St., was charged by city police on Tuesday at 3:56 p.m., on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear on a prior charge of dog at large. City police say he was released on an appearance ticket returnable today in city court.

A Ford Street man reported to city police on Tuesday at 3:15 p.m., that a female subject was removing money from his bank account and forging checks.

Sherry L. Hamilton, 62, of 152 Belmont Courts, was ticketed by city police on Tuesday at 2:26 p.m., for improper left turn and unregistered motor vehicle. According to city police, the charges stem from a two-car accident with property damage that occurred in the 500 block of State Street and also involved a vehicle driven by Shawn M. Crosby, 29, of 707 Lake St. City police say the charges are returnable in city court on Thursday.

An unknown female reported to city police on Tuesday at 6:37 a.m., that juveniles were urinating on the porch at 611 Rensselaer Ave. According to city police, the juveniles were gone upon their arrival.

Bernard W. Huntley, 38, of 1024 Congress St., was charged by city police on Tuesday at 5:01 a.m. at 611 Rensselaer Ave., for second-degree criminal contempt. City police say he was arraigned in city court and released under the supervision of probation.

Blane A. Fisher, 22, no fixed address, was charged by city police on Tuesday at 1:09 a.m. in the 500 block of Hasbrouck Street, on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear on a prior charge of petit larceny. According to city police, he was arraigned in city court and released under the supervision of probation.
