PLEASANT LAKE - Andrew F. Mattraw, age 82, of Pleasant Lake, passed away on August 30, 2010 in Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, NY. There will be no calling hours. There will be a private burial at the Pleasant Lake Cemetery at the convienence of the family. Donations may be made in Andrew's memory to the St. Lawrence Valley SPCA, 6718 Rt. 68, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. Arrangements are with French Funeral Home, Gouverneur.
