Emogene K. Russell

HAMMOND, NY - Funeral services for Mrs. Emogene K. Russell, 84, Black Lake Road, County Rte. #6, Hammond will be held on Friday, Sept. 3, 2010 at 12:00 PM at the Galilee United Methodist Church with Pastor Heidi McGinnis and Lay pastor Tom Nichols officiating. The burial will be at the Stone Church Cemetery, Town of Oswegatchie with a luncheon to follow in the Galilee church fellowship room.

There will be no calling hours. Fox & Murray Funeral Home, Ogdensburg is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Russell died at her home on Tuesday morning (Aug. 31, 2010). She had been in failing health for the past 2 _ years.

Surviving are; her husband, William H. Russell; 2 sons, Ronald of Buford, GA, Curtis and his wife, Lori of Morristown; 1 daughter, Cynthia Russell, Black Lake; 4 grandchildren, Zeb Russell, Danielle Warren, Jordon Russell, Kristin Russell; 3 great-grandchildren, Uriah Warren, Emma Claire Russell, McGavin Russell; 1 brother, Adelbert Kelley, Tampa, FL; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceasing her were; 1 son, David Allen Russell, who died shortly after birth; 1 brother, Leland Kelley; and 1 sister, Elma Moss.

Donations may be made to the Morristown Volunteer Fire & Rescue, or to the Galilee United Methodist Church.
