Derek J. Lapinski, 16, of 157 Belmont Courts was charged Wednesday at 4:32 p.m. with criminal trespass after police received reports of unauthorized personnel at Riverfront Resort. Police additionally charged Devan S. Storie, 16, of 530 Rensselaer Avenue with criminal trespass and making graffiti. Both are scheduled to appear in city court Sept. 14.

Marc A. Murray, 21, of 1018 New York Ave., reported to city police on Wednesday at 11:58 a.m., that hydraulic lines on a plow were cut at Brenno's Garage, 52 Main St.

Eric L. Peets, 24, of 5746 state Highway 812, was charged by city police on Wednesday at 10:21 a.m., on a St. Lawrence County bench warrant for violating his probation. City police say he was additionally charged for unlawful possession of marijuana. He was transported to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on the warrant and issued an appearance ticket for the marijuana charge returnable in city court on Sept. 16.

A Mansion Avenue man reported to city police on Wednesday at 10:09 a.m., that a flag had been taken from the front of his house overnight.

A Franklin Street man reported to city police on Wednesday at 9:38 a.m., that property had been taken from his vehicle.

A DePeyster man reported damage to the gazebo and a table in Library Park to city police on Wednesday at 7:40 a.m.

A Jersey Avenue man reported to city police on Wednesday at 7:02 a.m., that property had been taken from his vehicle overnight.

A King Street woman reported a sexual assault victim to city police on Wednesday at 5:07 a.m. According to city police, an investigation continues.

A Mansion Avenue woman reported to city police on Wednesday at 12:21 a.m., that a juvenile had taken a flag from her front porch.

A Lake Street woman reported to city police on Tuesday at 11:59 p.m., that someone was trying to get into her apartment. City police say they checked the entire area with negative results.

Phyllis A. Ward, 61, of 22 Trillium Trail, Hammond, was ticketed by city police on Tuesday at 10:26 p.m. at the intersection of Park and Ford streets, for unsafe backing and operating in violation of restrictions. According to city police, the charges stem from a two-car accident with property damage that also involved an Ogdensburg City Police vehicle driven by Ptl. Robert J. Grady. City police say the charges are returnable in city court on Sept. 16.
