OFA JV's Win Own Tourney Title

Tournament MVP Shannon Tooley scored a goal in each half sparking the OFA Junior Varsity Soccer team to the championship of their own tournament on Tuesday by virtue of a 3-1 win over Potsdam.
"We have really been playing well as a team. It was just a real solid effort all the way around," said Coach Kelley Geary after the Devils won the tournament title for the first time in several years.
Tooley connected from Nicole Hammond in the first half and netted an unassisted goal in the 10th minute of the second half. Stacey Barr closed out the scoring from Riley Luckie to give the Devils a 3-0 lead.
Erica Mason netted the lone Potsdam goal allowed by Devil goaltender Erica Chase.
