Betty Livingston, 75, of the town of Oswegatchie, died Sept. 1, 2010, at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown. Allen-Nichols Funeral Home in Ogdensburg is in charge of arrangements. A complete obituary will appear in Friday's newspaper.
