A county Route 28 man reported to city police on Thursday at 6:30 p.m., that property had been stolen from his vehicle at 532 Lisbon St.

Michael D. Wells, 24, no fixed address, was charged by city police on Thursday at 6:14 p.m. at 1001 Mansion Ave., for second-degree attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon. According to city police, he was held in city lockup overnight to await arraignment in city court today.

A Jay Street woman reported to city police on Thursday at 2:35 p.m., that her vehicle had been struck by another vehicle.

A Hasbrouck Street resident reported to city police on Thursday at 12:07 p.m., that a beer bottle had been thrown through a front porch window.

A Monkey Hill Road resident reported a hit-and-run accident in the WalMart parking lot to city police on Thursday at 11:27 a.m.

Dalton M. Perry, 16, of 423 Belmont Courts, was charged Thursday at 11:19 a.m., for second-degree burglary. City police say he was arraigned in city court and released into the supervision of probation.

Scott G. Wells, 23, of 112 Cherry St., was ticketed by city police on Friday at 9:27 p.m., for attempted petit larceny and unlawful possession of marijuana. According to city police, he was released on an appearance ticket returnable in city court on Sept. 14.
