Kiwanis Youth Soccer Holds Final Signups Sat At Dobisky Center

Ogdensburg Kiwanis Youth Soccer Final has announced that final signups for the upcoming season will be held at the Ed Dobisky Visitor Center on Saturday from 10 a.m. to Noon.

The league will offer four divisions this season. The Ages 5-6 will play on Saturday mornings at Montroy Sports Park starting on September 9 at 9 a.m.

Divisions for Ages 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 will play games throughout the week and may do some traveling to Lisbon, Heuvelton and Morristown. The leagues begin around the second week of September. The cost of the program is $15 per child with a maximum of $40 for a family if signed up before Sept. 4. Late sign-ups are $20 per child/$50 per family.

Waiver

I/We the parents of the above named child, who is a candidate for a position on a Kiwanis Soccer team, hereby give my/our approval to his/her participation in any and all of the activities of the program and assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities and transportation to and from the activities. I/We do further hereby release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless the Kiwanis International, the organizers, sponsors or any of the supervisors, any and all of them. In case of injury to our child, we waive all claims against the organizers, sponsors or any of the supervisors appointed by them. I/We likewise waive, to the extent not covered by liability insurance, any claim against any person transporting our child to or from the activities. I/ we will furnish a certified birth certificate of the child upon the request of League Officials.

I/We understand and appreciate the importance of sportsmanship and will help to encourage our child to demonstrate good sportsmanship both on and off the field. I/We further agree to abide by the rules and regulations posted and will cooperate with the referees and Kiwanis officials.
