-Clarkson penalty on Matt Wilson at 2:39 for hooking.

-Clarkson penalty on Corey Tamblyn at 9:18 for tripping. SLU's Sean Flanagan went back to the locker room after the call but I don't know if he's hurt or this is an equipment issue. He had nobody helping him so may just be equipment-related.

-SLU may have scored at 10:55. being reviewed...No goal..Went in off a high stick. We couldn't tell which SLU player had the shot. BTW, Flanagan is not back yet.

- Flanagan is in the hallway behind the penalty box with a baseball hat on, so looks like he's done for the night. He is sort of holding his shoulder.

-SLU also lost forward Greg Carey to a shoulder injury earlier in the game. It's not known how long either player will be out.

Final Wrapup

Clarkson wins 3-1 despite being outshot 25-18. Clarkson had only eight shots in the final two periods. Paul Karpowich finished with 24 saves.
