The Golden Knights head into the final weekend of the regular season with a home ice spot for the first round of the ECAC Hockey playoffs nearly locked up.
All Clarkson has to do is earn one point in games at Harvard and Dartmouth and it will finish in the top eight in the conference standings.
Even if the Golden Knights lose both games, Brown University would have to sweep home games against Cornell and Colgate to pass Clarkson. Also, Quinnipiac, which is tied with Clarkson, faces tough road games at Union and Rensselaer.
