SUNY Potsdam basketball player Chris Pierce was named to the SUNYAC All-conference third team on Monday.

Pierce was the only Potsdam player to make the postseason accolades. The sophomore averaged 13.9 points per game to lead the Bears. He also ranked in the conference top 10 with 7.9 rebounds and 1.69 steals per game. He scored a season-high 25 points against New Paltz and collected five double-doubles this season.
