Ogdensburg police were notified Saturday at 12:05 p.m. of a burglary at Kozy's bar, 723 New York Ave. Details weren't available at press time.

Marc A. Corrice, 49, of 816 Caroline St., was charged Saturday at 11:45 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear and pay a fine, city police said. He was held pending arraignment in court.

Noah L. Burns, 27, of 722 Washington St., was issued a summons Saturday at 1:56 a.m. for improperly disposing of solid waste. City police ticketed him in the 800 block of New York Avenue where patrolmen had gone to answer a complaint of a possible disturbance. He is due to appear in city court on Thursday.

Patrick W. Conger, 24, of 721 Washington St., was arrested Saturday at 1:34 a.m. for open container, according to city police. He was ticketed in the 100 block of Oak Street. He is due in city court on Thursday.

Scott A. Earl, 21, of 523 Hamilton St., and Allyse P. Claxton, 22, of 310 Franklin St., were each issued summons Saturday for open container. Ogdensburg police said both summonses are set to be answered in city court on Thursday.

Ryan M. Harper, 23, of 2212 Route 184, Heuvelton, was cited Saturday at 12:57 a.m. for open container in the 600 block of Ford Street. City police said the summons is set to be a answered in city court on Thursday.

Johnnie M. Eldridge Jr., 32, of 612 Hasbrouck St., was charged Friday at 6:47 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear in city court to pay a fine and possible re-sentencing for a charge of second-degree harassment, Ogdensburg police reported. He was arraigned before Judge A. Michael Gebo, who released him on his own recognizance.

Sara E. Brown, 27, of 410 New York Ave., Apt. 4, was ticketed Friday at 6:35 p.m. for following a collision between her vehicle and one driven by Vincent W. Thouin, 56, of 404 Riverside Ave. City police said the accident occurred on Mechanic Street. The summons is due to be answered in city court on July 7

Matthew E. Beaulieu, 32, of 901 New York Ave., was issued a summons Friday at 4 p.m. for no seatbelt, Ogdensburg police reported. He was ticketed in the 300 block of Ford Street. He is set to appear in city court on July 7.
