Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, said on Capital Tonight last night that it might be "several months" before we see New York's new districts.

"The process is creeping along," Mr. Owens told Liz Benjamin.

Mr. Owens said that his district, which is already one-fifth of the land mass of the state, will only get larger.

Ms. Benjamin told him that he might have to get a super-fast car.

"I'm very careful about super fast cars," Mr. Owens responded.

Indeed.
