Rose M. Miller, 23, of 826 Congress St., Apt. 2, was arrested by Ogdensburg police Monday at 12:16 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for first-degree criminal contempt. City police said she was arraigned in city court and released to probation supervision.

Ogdensburg police issued the summons following a collision between her vehicle and another vehicle at Paterson and Knox streets. The other motorist was identified as Patrick K. Wiggins, 53, of 5754 Route 37, Ogdensburg.

Ogdensburg police reported a two-car accident on Thursday at 5:12 p.m. at the intersection of Ford Street Extension and Greene Street. No charges or injuries were reported as a result of the accident, according to city police, which involved vehicles driven by J.M. Lamacchia-Dupree, of 1801 Jay St., and David C. Barber, of 422 State St., Apt. 1.
