Mayor Jeff Graham's dog, Zeppelin, turned 16 today,

Luckily, that's 80 in dog years, because otherwise, the Jagermeister shot that Zeppelin lapped up would have been illicit.

Mr. Graham sent a photo of his dog on the bar at Fort Peal, taking a lick from a metal container ostensibly containing the licorice liquor. Mr. Graham owns the Pearl Street establishment.

As I wrote in my profile of Mr. Graham, Jagermeister is a preferred drink of Hizzoner, and apparently Hizzoner's dog.

Happy birthday to the octogenarian pooch.
