Christopher G. MacMartin, 41, of 532 Covington St., was cited Thursday morning for placement of restricted materials. Ogdensburg police said the summons stemmed from a Jan. 18 incident in which he was accused of plowing snow on to the sidewalk in front of the home of the complainant, Clifford H. Denny, 61, 509 Covington St.

Mr. MacMartin is due in city court on Feb. 23.

Kevin J. Finley, 36, of 15 Mine Road, Edwards, was ticketed Wednesday at 7:02 p.m. in the 800 block of Park Street for no/inadequate headlamps, city police reported.

Lee C. Hurteau, 22, of 410 Deviller St., was arrested Wednesday at 2:07 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear to pay a fine, Ogdensburg police said. He was arraigned in court, resentenced to community service and released on his own recognizance.

Terry Power, 30, of 609 English Settlement Road, was arrested Wednesday on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear to answer a charge of petit larceny, city police said. He posted bail and was released on his own recognizance.
