EDWARDS — Jody L. Matthews, 41, 419 Talcville Rd., Edwards, was charged at 9:05 p.m. Thursday with aggravated driving while intoxicated by state police.
Troopers said Mr. Matthews was stopped on Maple Avenue for operating an ATV without head or tail lamps. He tested a BAC of 0.29 percent, troopers said.
