FALSELY REPORTING - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Corey H. Shantie, 32, of Massena with falsely reporting an incident Friday afternoon. The charge stemmed from a complaint lodged with troopers on Dec. 9.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police responded to a two-vehicle property damage accident at 1:30 p.m. Friday on the Grantville Road at Mill Road. Troopers said the vehicles were being operated by Heather A. Sullivan, 30, and Anthony M. Decare, 50, both of Norfolk.

CRIMINAL POSSESSION MARIJUANA - HAMMOND - Two Jefferson County men were charged with felony counts of marijuana possession Friday night. Ogdensburg-based state police charged Bradley A. Dodson, 20, of Dexter, and Justin M. Eassa, 19, of Watertown with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana at 10:40 p.m. Friday on state Route 37 in the town of Hammond. The dup were allegedly in possession of more than one pound of marijuana.

PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT - SANTA CLARA - Malone-based state police investigated a one vehicle personal injury accident at 11:09 p.m. Friday on state Route 458 in the town of Santa Clara. Two people were reportedly injured in a crash involving a vehicle being operated by Gregory P. Hart, 56, of Norfolk.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Frederick U. Decker, 44, of Malone with second-degree criminal contempt and aggravated harassment Friday afternoon stemming from an investigation into an incident reported at 6:29 p.m. Jan. 18. He was additionally charged with filing a false child abuse report.
