LISBON — Funeral arrangments for Ray L. Putney, 56, State Highway 37, Lisbon, are incomplete with Frary Funeral Home.
Mr. Putney died in the emergency room at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center, Ogdensburg, after being stricken at his home.
Among his survivors is his wife, Sandy, and his mother, Alice Putney.
