DWAI DRUGS - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Jesse M. Mousaw, 19, of Canton with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop at 9:14 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 11 in the town of Canton. He was also ticketed for unsafe passing on the left and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - HELENA - Massena-based state police investigated a two-vehicle accident at 12:41 p.m. Tuesday on County Route 55 at County Route 50. Troopers said the vehicles were being operated by Mona C. Ashley, 63, of Brasher Falls and Ralph F. LaPage, 33, of Winthrop.

PETIT LARCENY - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged John J. Boyea, 39, of 2301 state Route 37, Fort Covington, with petit larceny Tuesday. Troopers said the charge stemmed from an incident in the town of Bangor reported to police on Oct. 9,
