AGGRAVATED DWI - MADRID - Massena-based state police charged Cherie L. Premo, 46, of Madrid with aggravated driving while intoxicated and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle on a public highway and ticketed her for failure to use designated lane following a traffic stop at 2:56 p.m. Sunday on Haig Road in the town of Madrid.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 9:38 p.m. Sunday on state Route 56 near County Route 36 in the town of Louisville. Troopers said the vehicle was being operated by Rosemary Ann Pacific, 45, of Potsdam.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Dustin J. Stone, 19, of Brushton with second-degree criminal contempt following a complaint filed with troopers at 8:08 p.m. Sunday from the town of Moira. Stone was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $150 cash.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Bruce W. Gratton, 43, of Bombay with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:30 p.m. Monday at 1823 state Route 95 in the town of Bombay.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MALONE - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle accident at 7:22 a.m. Monday on state Route 37, near the Bare Hill Road, in the town of Malone. Troopers identified the driver as George S. Rockhill, 63, of Westville.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MALONE - Malone-based state police said Keith W. Davis, 45, of Constable was involved in a one-vehicle accident at 9:43 p.m. Monday on state Route 30, near Valley Road, in the town of Malone.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MALONE - Ellenburg-based state police investigated a two-vehicle crash at 4:42 p.m. Monday on Lash Road in the town of Altona. Troopers identified the drivers as Terry F. Johnson, 46, of Hogansburg and Edna D. Coolidge, 79, of Ellenburg Depot.
