CROGHAN Several domestic incidents over a 15-hour period led to the arrest of 28-year-old Cindy L. Miller, Beehive Apartments, 9768 Route 812, Apt. 20, according to a Lewis County sheriffs report.
About 2:53 a.m. Monday, Ms. Miller was taken into custody on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony, and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.
She is accused of throwing a full can of soda and a jar of peanut butter at her boyfriend, Phillip T. Peck, Beehive Apartments, Apt. 18, though he was not struck.
She also is accused of damaging a Sony PlayStation remote by throwing it, damaging a 32-inch flat-screen television by striking it with a bottle and damaging a ceramic crock pot insert by smashing it against a wall. The ceramic insert belonged to Richard A. Butts, Croghan.
Ms. Miller was arraigned in Lowville Village Court and sent to Lewis County jail, Lowville, in lieu of $2,000 cash bail. State police assisted in the arrest.
