Buster’s Restaurant earned a double-header sweep over Vinn’s and The Place I while The Place II dropped Myers Pub to remain unbeaten heading into Wednesday’s showdown with Nig’s Tavern in Ogdensburg Women’s Softball play.

The Place II 14, Myers Pub 3: Ginnelle Morley connected for a homerun and a double and Andrea Duvall smacked a homerun, a double and a single to lift The Place II. Rachel Morley, Jen Dashnaw, Jill Havens, and Jackie Sullivan all singled three times while Taylor Jordan, Abbey Basford, Chelsea Bice and Katie O’Connor each singled twice. Katelyn McCarney belted two triples and a double for Myers. Jessica Denoncourt and Shannon LaFave each added two singles while Nikki Sharpe added a double.

Buster’s 19, Vinn’s 11: Kelsey Bedford, Jamie Burwell, Beth Luck all connected for three singles and a double, Ashley Baker and Erica Bedford ripped two singles and a double and Jessica Meashaw slapped a triple and two singles to lead Buster’s past Vinn’s. Karina Bedford, Emily Mitchell, and Holi Jo Cota all singled three times. Tiana Sibley added two singles.

Chelsey Carr and Alison Bixby each logged a double and two singles for Vinn’s. Hannah Richardson and Sherry Deloney connected for three singles.

Buster’s 10, The Place I 5: Emily Mitchell belted a homerun and a double, Ashley Baker launched a homerun and two singles, and Kelsey Bedford crushed a homerun for Buster’s. Jessica Meashaw lined a double and a single while Karina Bedford, Holi Jo Cota and Jamie Burwell each singled twice.

Brooke Enslow smacked a triple and three singles for The Place. Amy Schroh added three singles.
