Andrew E.A. Nolan, 21, of Schenectady, was arrested Tuesday at 11:23 a.m. on a city court warrant for a charge of second-degree criminal contempt, Ogdensburg police said, He was released after posting $200 bail.

A collision Tuesday at 10:23 a.m. at Lafayette and Caroline streets between an Ogdensburg Parks and Recreation Department pickup truck and a car resulted in a summons for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign, city police said. The cars driver, Sharon A. Marshall, 67, of St. Regis Falls, is due in city court on July 5.

Dylan M. Hoover, 17, of 1410 Ford St., was arrested Tuesday at 10:04 a.m. on a city court warrant for second-degree harassment, Ogdensburg police said. He was arraigned in court and released on his own recognizance.
