Source Capital downed Buster’s 12-6 in Kiwanis Junior Grasshopper action staged at Montroy Park on Tuesday.

In Senior Grasshopper action Jones Tire nipped Lisbon 7-6.

Ben LaRock and Cole Hazen combined on a 15-strikeout pitching performance while Jack LaRock led the winning offense with three singles.

Kaiden Mussen stroked two singles and Matt Robinson added one.

Tristan Lovely lined three singles for Buster’s with Drew Mills stroking two singles and Faith LaFlair added one. Mills also combined on an 11-strikeout pitching performance with Tristan Lovely.

Jones Tire 7, Lisbon 6: Jack Cote scored the game-winning run on a walk-off single from Jordan Fisher for Jones Tire. Andrew Woodard and Tanner Armstrong fanned 15 batters for Jones. Jack Lake and Woodard each crushed a homerun and singled while Keegan Kelly tripled and singled and Bradley Hillier doubled.

Noel Robinson connected for a homerun for Lisbon. and Robinson and Keegan Robinson combined to fan 13 batters. William Barse rapped two doubles and Logan Lawton doubled.
