Ogdensburg firefighters were called Wednesday at 1:23 p.m. to the apartment of Marcia Cota, Centennial Terrace, 202 Washington St., after burnt food filled it with smoke. They also noticed unsafe living conditions because of alleged clutter in the apartment and will contact the Ogdensburg Housing Authority which supervises the building.
