PETIT LARCENY - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Christopher J. Durand, 33, of Massena and Jeremiah D. Deshane, 28, also of Massena, with petit larceny Thursday night. Troopers said a company official caught the duo stealing scrap metal from a container at the Seaway Timber Harvest operation headquarters on state Route 37 in the town of Louisville. Troopers responded to the complaint at 10:05 p.m. Thursday.
