PAMELIA — Rolf A. Weiss, 23, of 23442 State Route 37 in the town of Pamelia, was charged by state police on Friday afternoon with second-degree criminal mischief.

Mr. Weiss smashed a number of air conditioners at Fort Drum Studio Tels, where he is a tenant. He was held by Fort Drum military.
