OGDENSBURG- Samuel J. St. Pierre, 22, of 728 State Street, Ogdensburg, was charged at 2:31 a.m. Saturday with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of property damage.

He is accused of damaging a front lawn and his utility pole.

He was arrested on Murphy Road in Lisbon. His BAC was measured at .15 percent.
