Christina R. Crosby, 26, of 514 Crescent St., Apt. 4, was arrested Monday at 10:55 p.m. for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, Ogdensburg police. She was turned over to the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department. Details were not available.

City police issued three open container summonses over the weekend.

Patrick M. Chamberlin, 25, of 1302 Ford St., Apt. 5, was ticketed Sunday at 1:07 a.m. on Oak Street.

Andrew J. Winter, 23, of 515 Ford St., and Alicia M. Duvall, 22, of 616 Ford St., Apt. 1, were cited Saturday at 2:25 a.m. New York Avenue and Spring Street.

All three are set to appear in city court on Thursday.

Melvin H. Perry, of 720 Jay St., called Ogdensburg police Saturday at 10:01 to report that his home had been burglarized and a television set stolen. Entry was through the front door.

Zachary A. Corkins, 19, of 1118 Knox St., was ticketed Friday at 9:28 p.m. on Riverside Avenue for no/improper signal, city police said. He is set to appear in city court on July 19.
