OGDENSBURG — Nearly two years after the incident, an Ogdensburg man was charged with two felonies Friday.

Joseph M. Bateman, 27, of Ogdensburg, was charged with one count of third-degree grand larceny and third-degree intimidation at 11:05 a.m., troopers said.

Police officials received a report of the crime at 6:58 p.m. on September 17, 2010.
