Joshua P. Gilbert, 22, of 560 Lovejoy Road, was ticketed Wednesday at 10:20 a.m. for following too closely, reckless driving and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, city polices said. He was issued the summonses following a collision at State and Ford streets. The other two vehicles were identified as one driven by Theodore W. Denny, 59, of 1061 Washington St., and another registered to Seaway Valley Motors, 913 Route 37.

There was reportedly an injury, but there were no details further details were available.

Mr. Gilbert was arraigned in city court and released to the supervision of probation.

Sean L. Ennis, 22, of 616 Child Rensselaer Falls, was arrested Tuesday at 9:14 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine, Ogdensburg police said. He posted $20 bail and is due in court on July 5.

Jonathan D. Spooner, 38, of 915 Main St., was arrested Tuesday at 8:55 p.m. on a city court arrest warrant for a June 8 charge of second-degree criminal contempt, city police said. The charge was domestic incident-related. He is due in court today.

Gerald H. Bennett, 38, of 22 Mill St., was arrested Tuesday at 8:42 p.m. on a city court arrest warrant for a May 24 charge of third-degree assault, Ogdensburg police reported. He allegedly assaulted Patrick J. Kennedy, 30, of 411 Main St. He is due in court today.

Jason B. Colburn, 33, of 614 Franklin St., was arrested Tuesday at 8:04 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine, city police said. He posted $100 bail and is due in court on July 19.

Carol A. Coney, 45, of 615 Ford Ave., was arrested Tuesday at 7:53 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine, Ogdensburg police said. She is due in court on July 3.

Valerie L. Dufore, 44, of 410 New York Ave., Apt. 3, called city police Tuesday at 3:27 p.m. to report that a gas grill belonging to her was stolen.

Joseph M. Hutchinson, 28, of 588 Route 28, Apt. B, was arrested Tuesday at 2:57 p.m. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for a probation violation, Ogdensburg police said. He was taken to the county jail in Canton.
