Myers Pub Guns and Hoses and The Place recorded wins in the only two games played in Thursday’s See-Way Slo-Pitch Softball action.

Myers Pub G&H 22 - Phoenix 9: Ken Stull, John Denio and Don McCarthy all scored four runs to lead the winners. Bill Payne, B.J. Doyle and Tyler Brothers all scored twice for the Phoenix on the Bay.

Place 18 - Myers G&H 11: Kevin Kline (3 singles, 2 doubles), Brookin Decker (2 doubles, single) and Kris Berg (2 doubles) sparked the Place which scored 18 runs in the fifth, sixth and seventh innings. Pete Labella singled three times for the winners. Don McCarthy belted a homerun and single for Myers G&H,Jared Morrow homered and singled, Adam McCarthy stroked four singles and Mike Farrell connected for a double and a single.

JULY 3 MAKEUP DAY

The See-Way Slo-Pitch Softball League has announced that Tuesday, July 3 will be make-up day.The following games must be made up that day or before: Myers II at Myers Pub I at 6 p.m. and The Place vs. Myers Pub at 7:15 p.m. at Monnett Park. Any questions call Rick at 393-9958 or 955-8744.
