Aggravated Harassment
HAMMOND A Cape Vincent man accused of threatening to kill a woman and her 4-month-old son was arrested at 2 p.m. Thursday by state police.
Robert J. Holian, 30, of 374 William St., Cape Vincent, was charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment.
Troopers said Mr. Holian called the victim, whose identity was unavailable, on June 22 and threatened her life and the life of her infant. He is being held in St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.
