PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 7:54 p.m. Monday on Small Road near the Hammill Road in the town of Brasher. Troopers said the vehicle was being operated by Zachary L. Wiley, 18, of Massena.
