OGDENSBURG — Steven E. Davis, 22, of 1206 Route 4, and Christopher A. teRiele, 20, of 1206 Moreland Road, were arrested on drug-related charges at 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

A state trooper investigated a car driven by Mr. Davis pulled over with its lights off on the side of Delaney Road in Oswegatchie.

Upon investigation, Mr. Davis was found to be under the influence of drugs, police said, and Mr. teRiele was found to be in possession of a substance believed to be codeine.

The two are scheduled to appear in Oswegatchie Town Court.
