Edward R. Reynolds, 41, of 324 Morris St., was ticketed Monday at 6:40 p.m. for unlicensed dog. Ogdensburg police said the dog of undisclosed breed attacked Evan S. Belgard, 41, same address. The ticket is set to be answered in city court on July 26.
