Anthony J. Ramirez, 33, of 301 High St., was charged by Watertown police at 10:37 p.m. Thursday with third-degree criminal trespassing.

Police said Mr. Ramirez walked behind the counter of Nice N Easy, 430 Factory St., and ignored orders by the store manager to leave the convenience store. He was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment.
